This video-based course includes the safe use of strimmers, brushcutters and small mowers, preparing equipment for use, personal protective safety equipment, assessing potential hazards in the work area before beginning work, equipment operation and after use care.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Potential hazards
• Job preparation, starting and operation
• Use of small rotary mowers
• After use care

The video is followed by a learning review which consists of ten multiple choice questions with opportunity to retake the course if required.

To allow flexible learning, students can leave and return to the course at any time without losing completed sections.

A certificate is provided upon successful completion.
